Technical Specialist
The Technical Specialist is responsible for the technical availability of the production line(s) and supports and coaches the Production Team in handling technical issues related to the result area’s standards.
Tasks and responsibilities
Prepare, plan, organize and communicate maintenance activities based on the maintenance plan of the dedicated area
Manage the maintenance budget for your area of responsibility
Supervise the execution of work in terms of quality, quantity and monitor progress
Supervise compliance with business and safety regulations
Support and coach the technicians in solving complex breakdown issues
Based on analyses of technical breakdowns and recommendations from suppliers, formulate proposals for conducting inspections and / or preventive maintenance
Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and FMEA
Formulate improvement proposals based on KPIs, evaluation reports and data analysis
Handle and review workorders in CMMS Maximo
You are single point of contact for suppliers
Knowledge
MBO+ technical (mechanic and / or electric) Experience with implementing of (technical) projects.
Knowledge of both mechanical and electrical aspects of the machine park.
Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language, both oral and written .
Excellent communication skills.
