Senior Software Engineer Frontend

For the development of DS cloud-based offerings used by dentists, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer Frontend to strengthen our international team at our location in Zürich or in Bensheim.

You will work in a SCRUM Team with other skilled developers where you improve the collaboration between Dentist and Labs to make their lives easier so that they can perform on their patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write elegant and high-performance Flutter and Golang code

• Support the product owner in defining epics, writing user stories and acceptance criteria

• Plan own work and estimating effort and time needed for each subtask

• Report status of own current work, raise issues

• Fix defects in implementation

• Perform high quality code reviews

• Ensures unit and integration test coverage

• Collaborate with other teams and define APIs

Requirements:

• BS, MS or Phd in computer science or related engineering disciplines

• 5+ years as a software developer in an agile team

• History of delivered commercially successful software products preferred

• Experience building successful commercial SaaS and/or PaaS solution would be a plus

• Knowledge in CI/CD, Containerization (Docker) and Cloud Computing (e.g., GCP, Kubernetes)

• Experience of developing in Flutter (Dart), additional knowledge in Golang is a strong plus

• Ideally experience in leading technical teams

• Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken

• Self-organized and self-reliant, but willing to learn and share knowledge

• Open-minded, communicative, and strong commitment
