Provide customer service to policyholders promoting a reliable image of the company and its processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide information to clients about their insurance policy.

  • Support clients with their policy information through the interpretation of their insurance policy information.

  • Transfer the client with their insurance company in case they need specific information that is not found in the different sources of information.

  • Process monthly payments from clients / policyholders.

  • Take payments from clients according to the guidelines of the insurance company and the state where the policy is active.

  • Update the customer profile with relevant information in our database and the website of the insurance company.

  • Process changes to insurance policies.

  • Provide attention to customers who want to make changes to their policy.

  • Make the changes required by clients according to the guidelines of the insurance company and the state where it is active.

  • Ask the client for the necessary supporting documents for the change in their insurance policy.

  • Inform the client if any change has been reflected in the insurance premium.

  • Reactivate canceled policies.

  • Reactivate policies that have been canceled, according to the guidelines of the insurance company and the state where the policy was sold.

  • If it is an expired policy, it is transferred to the sales department to provide you with a new quote.

  • High School Degree – Indispensable

  • Bilingual – Desirable

  • Microsoft suite knowledge - Indispensable

  • Specialized knowledge - Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage and guidelines of the insurance company. – Desirable

  • Experience –1-3 months - Desirable
