Position Objective:

  • Provide process engineering support to assembly and resin production operations. Participate in the day-to-day plant management activities. Assure production schedule delivery and other plant performance metrics. Lead process improvement/productivity projects.

  • Must be physically capable to meet all OSHA required medical clearance exams including the ability to wear a respirator.

  • Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software programs. Experience with PLC, Variable Frequency Drive, SCADA and electro-mechanical applications are preferred.

  • Must have good communication skills, written and oral.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Understanding of robotics, process control methods and equipment.

  • Ability to work in both theoretical and hands-on application environments.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide process engineering support. Supervise Bargaining Unit industrial workforce personnel including Operations and Maintenance. Troubleshoot assembly, robotics and polymer manufacturing equipment, control systems, processes and support productivity projects.

Qualifications:

  • B.S Mechanical Engineer or Chemical Engineering

  • Position has safety sensitive job duties as defined in the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act and candidates will be screened as part of the pre-employment drug screen.
