Position Objective:
Provide process engineering support to assembly and resin production operations. Participate in the day-to-day plant management activities. Assure production schedule delivery and other plant performance metrics. Lead process improvement/productivity projects.
Must be physically capable to meet all OSHA required medical clearance exams including the ability to wear a respirator.
Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software programs. Experience with PLC, Variable Frequency Drive, SCADA and electro-mechanical applications are preferred.
Must have good communication skills, written and oral.
Good interpersonal skills.
Understanding of robotics, process control methods and equipment.
Ability to work in both theoretical and hands-on application environments.
Essential Functions:
- Provide process engineering support. Supervise Bargaining Unit industrial workforce personnel including Operations and Maintenance. Troubleshoot assembly, robotics and polymer manufacturing equipment, control systems, processes and support productivity projects.
Qualifications:
B.S Mechanical Engineer or Chemical Engineering
Position has safety sensitive job duties as defined in the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act and candidates will be screened as part of the pre-employment drug screen.
