The T&E Global Analyst supports the Global Travel and Expense (T&E) Manager with evaluation and configuration of both the SAP Concur Expense global platform and $80M+ Global Corporate card programs. This position will be a driver of improvement initiatives. This role will execute approved configuration changes within Concur, establish and maintain reports and dashboards for multiple management levels, as well as proactively address developing issues. Responsible for analysis of existing processes, identification of issues and patterns with data and ensuring end users are meeting business expectations. This role is an individual contributor that will ensure optimal functionality and total compliance of the expense reporting system.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Concur Expense
Configure Concur Expense system including but not limited to imports/exports, policies, expense groups, audit rules and integrations to other systems
Provide Concur platform expertise internally as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Establish, automate, and maintain dashboards for 1st-Top managers
Assist with report generation, reconciliations and Concur end user support, as needed
Troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues, working with Concur resources when necessary

Travel & Expense Analysis
Identify process improvement opportunities driving the continuous improvement of business systems to support business expectations
Ensures that system audit rules, reminders, reports and system settings are operating correctly
Conduct expense report transaction and record reviews, effectively document findings and assist in identifying following up on remediation activities, including escalation to appropriate management
Other responsibilities as assigned
Project Management
Lead ad-hoc projects such as entity or ERP changes, as assigned
Support the enhancement and ongoing maintenance of relevant policies and procedures, such as T&E Corporate Policy
Support strategies for risk mitigation, business continuity, cost management and operational efficiency

Key Skills and Experience:
Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required
2+ years of Concur configuration and SME experience required
3+ years of finance or accounting experience required
2+ years of project management experience highly preferred
Language skills
- English - Advanced (C1), any other language is an advantage
Key Required Skills, Knowledge, and Capabilities :
Understanding of accounting principles
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent writing and communication skills including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport, and persuade others
SAP and other ERP knowledge
Ability to collaborate with a team that has a fast-moving and diverse portfolio
In-depth knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
Typically resolves problems using existing solutions
Occasionally leads the work of small projects; works with minimal guidance
