You will play a vital role by overseeing fleet operations, managing dispatchers, and driving operational efficiency. Join us in our mission to rid the world of rubber waste! Salary: Starting at $83,000 and up, based on experience The Impact You'll Make: * Lead and oversee the dispatch team, ensuring efficient scheduling, routing, and tracking of fleet operations. * Develop and implement operational strategies to improve fleet performance, reduce costs, and enhance service quality. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time deliveries, fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and driver productivity. * Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure proper service and compliance of all fleet vehicles. * Utilize fleet management software and TMS (Transportation Management System) to optimize dispatching and tracking. * Train and mentor dispatchers and fleet personnel on best practices, safety standards, and performance metrics. * Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company policies. * Manage relationships with drivers, vendors, and transportation partners to ensure smooth operations. * Identify and resolve operational issues, improving workflows to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. * Develop reports and data analysis tools to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in fleet logistics, transportation management, or dispatch operations. * Proven leadership experience managing dispatch teams and fleet operations. * Strong knowledge of fleet management software, GPS tracking systems, and dispatch tools. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. * Strong understanding of DOT regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements. * Effective communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and external partners. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working with a TMS or fleet optimization solutions. * Certification in transportation, logistics, or fleet management (e.g., CTP, CLTD, or similar). * Knowledge of cost-saving strategies, fuel management, and driver retention best practice.
