TITLE: Business Intelligence Analyst LOCATION: Montefiore Health System, Inc., 3 Odell Plaza, Yonkers, NY 10701 DUTIES: Develop test plans and test scripts, provide analytical expertise to support data quality improvement and recommend methods to minimize clinical workloads. Conduct data analysis by gathering the data using PL/SQL and SQL server and develop solutions for data inconsistency. Create Datamart for end users using SQL and Data Mapping skills. Generate Reports from EPIC clarity for end users and automate those reports on monthly basis. Review the EPIC related changes and coordinate with the team to support during EPIC upgrades. Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness. Lead weekly Change Management Meetings by leading and implementing change management initiatives. Work closely with the data architect to build the data models that capture a wide range of health care operational and financial data. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure validity of results for each request. Design recurring or ad hoc reports, data extracts and dashboards, and other BI solutions. Work with customers to ensure user acceptance testing and provide a complete delivery of reporting/analysis solution. Collaborate with Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) team and Subject Matter Experts using User Requirements Documentation to develop the architecture of the selected reporting solution.Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field, and two (2) years of experience working as a Business Analyst within a Healthcare environment or related position. Experience must include: Exploratory, Diagnostic, Regression, and Factor Analysis; Utilizing Waterfall methodology; Working with EPIC, SQL server, and SQL Developer tools; and Working with clinical and financial systems within a Healthcare environment.
