This Chinese restaurant, which serves Cantonese cuisine in a trendy Hong Kong style, is open for lunch and dinner, and is popular with a wide range of customers, including families, business people, and business guests.
In addition, because the hotel is located in front of Yokohama Station, it is often used for banquets, parties, and wedding receptions due to its easy access. If the host requests Chinese food, we will have the opportunity to provide it to you, so you can also learn cooking skills for large groups.
[Main duties (varies depending on work experience and skills)]
– Preparing food, preparing dim sum, cutting vegetables, etc.
・Assist with preparing and serving plates for serving food.
・Preparing, cleaning, and tidying up cooking utensils (including cleaning large pots)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
・More than 2 years of cooking experience
