Yankton Medical Clinic, PC Nursing Supervisor in Yankton, South Dakota
Immediate opening for full-time Nursing Supervisor. Applicant must possess strong leadership, management and organizational skills to supervise, plan, develop and organize various nursing services and staff activities within the Clinic. Will be responsible for training and recruiting employees, monitoring and evaluating performance, and ensuring operational productivity. Management experience preferred but not required.
Must possess interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff and participate in the nursing schedule whenever necessary. Must have a current South Dakota nursing license, CPR and ACLS certification.
