What You Bring to Cambia: PREFERRED KEY EXPERIENCE: * Sourcing indirect services and developing category management plans * Ability to analyze data to drive effective decision-making * Experienced and proven results in reviewing, analyzing, drafting, and negotiating contracts * Ability to work at a strategic level with department heads * Proven experience working with business leaders to drive cost savings Qualifications and Certifications: * Bachelor's degree or greater in business or operations related field. * Equivalent work experience as an attorney or contract administrator/manager accepted * 5 years of sourcing and contracting experience (Strategic Sourcing Manager I), 7 years (Strategic Sourcing Manager II), or 10 years (Strategic Sourcing Manager III) Skills and Attributes (Not limited to): * In-depth knowledge of sourcing and contract fundamentals, indirect spend categories, contracting skills. * Prior experience in strategic sourcing, category management, and contract negotiation for indirect services. * Project management skills (e.g., facilitating, planning, organizing and influencing large cross functional teams). * Lead contract negotiations and apply key sourcing principles. * Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and convey complex ideas or concepts to large cross-functional teams and senior leaders. * Collaborates effectively with various business units (e.g., Finance, Compliance) and stakeholders, including leadership and large groups. * Proven problem-solving and risk management skills. What You Will Do at Cambia (Not limited to): Strategic Sourcing Manager I * Understand and adhere to company's policies and procedures. * Develop and influence category strategies within assigned business units. * Lead and guide assigned business units through sourcing events that produce value in alignment with company objectives. * Negotiate contracts and craft SOWs to obtain the best value for the company. * Prepare and present contract executive summaries and obtain contract approvals. * Create, manage, and promote sound relationships with strategic suppliers and internal business partners. Additional for Level II * Develop sustainable strategies for moderately complex categories. * Negotiate and manage contracts moderate in complexity. * Recommend and implement sourcing, contracting, and supplier management policies and procedures. * Drive continuous improvement in the procurement process.
