FTE: _,.9 Shift: _,Night Schedule: _7a - 7p NAC will be crossed trained to lift team and transport. NAC will be crossed trained to medical surgical floors and the emergency department. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred Position Summary The NAC will provide individualized patient care integrating age related, cultural, and religious/spiritual needs. The care delivered reflects the philosophy, goals, and objectives of the hospital and nursing services. The NAC is accountable for own practice. Requirements High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Graduate of an accredited NAC program required. Previous healthcare experience preferred. Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Washington State (DOH) Nursing Assistant Certification required. American Heart Associate BLS required. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $15.74 - $20.11 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
