Operations Coordinator Lead (Wysox, PA)

Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour DOE

Position Summary: The Operations Coordinator Lead works closely with the Branch Manager, sales team, technicians, vendors, and customers to assist with several aspects of company operations. The Lead is responsible for helping lead the team in organizing and coordinating related to inventory control, shipping and receiving and sales to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Duties may entail a variety of operational tasks, including assisting with warehouse operations, supporting Inside Sales, and supporting the Service Coordinator by tracking CSR’s or timekeeping logs and invoices. Other duties may include maintaining office records and assisting with safety compliance for service personnel and purchasing. The right candidate will have great customer service and communication skills. Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED is required.

  • 1-3 years of experience in office administration, operations, sales support and warehouse management.

  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, and highly organized.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects are required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, as well as intermediate computer skills.

  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere supporting operations of the branch.

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead team in duties related to Inside Sales Support and other sales efforts.

  • Lead team in duties related to warehousing/shipping and receiving, cycle counts and inventory control to include timely recording of these counts.

  • Lead team in support of consistent truck counts and recording.

  • Lead team in duties related to branch operations and efficiencies.

  • Drive Branch efficiency and profitability by helping streamline processes, maintaining accurate inventory, and acknowledging sales goals.

  • Maintain open communication between sales and service to ensure joint success in meeting customer needs and deadlines.

  • Serves as first contact and support person for Branch management team.

  • Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from work crews, supervisors, and field inspectors.

  • Take lead on valve assembly, based on Branch needs.

  • May create and input sales orders from will call customers, process orders and quotes via ticketing system.

  • May assist Service Coordinator with input of service orders into ERP system

  • May assist with collecting and dispatching CSRs and timesheets.

  • Works with corporate purchasing and inventory to help set stock levels for proper replenishment by branch.

  • Works with sales and service to identify items for stock and helps to source best pricing and vendors.

  • Submits all pick tickets for all shipped or delivered orders for invoicing.

  • Works with Service Coordinator to administer safety meetings and collate vehicle inspections.

  • May assist Service Coordinator in administering the FR clothing lease program.

  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.

    Other Job Functions:

  • Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies.

  • Attend required safety training classes and maintain necessary certifications.

  • Maintain professional behavior with vendors, customers, employees, and management.

  • Keep management informed about customer issues, personnel issues, and workflow issues.

  • Contribute to company and service goals through a team effort and by achieving results as needed.

  • Handles sensitive and confidential issues, including tracking and coordination.

  • Conduct all business activities in accordance with Winn-Marion policies.

  • Able to meet deadlines.

  • Checks and responds to all company communications on all scheduled workdays, including voice mail, emails, and text messages.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Work Conditions:

  • Able to sit and work at computer keyboard for extended period.

  • Able to perform general office administrative activities of copying, filing, and using the telephone.

  • Able to lift and move up to 75 pounds on occasion.

  • May require occasional travel by air or vehicle to out of state locations when requested by Company. Travel occasionally by conventional means to branch offices and locations as necessary.

  • Maintain regular and on-time attendance.

  • Hours may exceed 40 hours per week.
