Xponential Fitness Assistant General Manager in Wyckoff, New Jersey

A national leader in fitness is currently expanding the team and seeking a qualified Assistant General Manager that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. POSITION: The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for all studio sales functionality COMPENSATION & PERKS: * This position offers a very competitive base rate + commissions + incentives * 401K with Company Match * Tax-free HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement) for FT team members * Huge opportunities for growth within the studios including additional sales and management positions * Complimentary Pilates membership while employed  * Employee retail discounts REQUIREMENTS: * 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred * Confident in generating personal sales and coaching Sales Associates * Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail * Previous management or supervisory experience preferred * Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone * Must be solution-based and results oriented, with a competitive spirit * Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment * An affinity and passion for fitness * Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and organized * Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information * Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public * Proficiency with computers and Studio software *This is a full-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability. DUTIES: * Drive and retain membership and retail sales * Contact prospects/leads to schedule Introductory class and enroll them in a membership * Provide exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone, email and text * Become proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities * Coach Sales Associates * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio * Enforce studio policies and procedures * Any other duties as assigned
