Logistic Planner-Outbound

Job Responsibilities

• Services to global sales company and external customers

• Feedback order delivery status and update order confirmation according to production planning.

• Issue delivery note to warehouse, coordinate shipment with warehouse.

• Arrange export delivery, provide shipping documents, and coordinate shipment with import/export dept.

• Data quality of Master data in SAP.

• Issue purchase order, follow up confirmation, delivery as well as payment.

• Contact with forwarder and import dept. for shipment and Customs Clearance

• Provide materials forecast to suppliers.

• Problem solving related to customer service, production planning, supplier management.

• Inventory management

• Optimize Logistics SAP and physical flow for sales, procurement, production plan.

Background & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• 3+ years of experience in supply Chain (related to outbound planning, production planning, materials planning)

• Fluent English language skills

• Computer skill: SAP, Excel, Words

• Good communication skill

• Continue improvement mindset
