职位描述：
达成个人KPI目标；担任一个或多个方面的职责（销售、收银、）；
配合团队工作；指导初级员工；
( 注：KPI包括Sales KPI、Assist、@我、NAAR、pulse、Member ship等各项KPI数据，下同)
Deliver Result
达成个人KPI目标；
运用SYPB服务，为顾客提供专业优质服务；
掌握每一季产品知识，市场活动产品和重点款式，并能准确地介绍给顾客；
参加公司或者店铺的各项活动，完成各项公司或者店铺的培训课程；
People
注重团队合作，协同team达成团队目标；
在担任ATC时根据营运情况，合理安排站区，协调运动员休息及PT伙伴换饭，保证卖场人员充足，及时分享数据；
楼面遇到任何问题及时向上反馈；
Process
按照店铺统一流程标准完成任务目标；
熟知公司的各项政策，掌握OE检查内容，时刻保持在线内；
关注楼层防损，遇到问题及时反馈给TC；
了解店铺传达的各个讯息，并按照要求执行；
严格按照政策执行员工福利和员工工服流程；
