Abbott (Associate) Enterprise Solutions Director in Wuhan, China
LOCATION:
Wuhan/Guangzhou
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Solution Managers and Enterprise Accounts Managers (ESMs and EAMs) as well as sales specialists.
Work with team / direct reports to appropriately resource support staff.
Collaborate and support team / direct reports to develop and execute sales plan in region.
Review progress on key milestones in account plans for all accounts.
Track record of effectively recruiting, coaching and mentoring top selling talent.
Coach team / direct reports on strategic and tactical areas Provide leadership and development coaching for team / direct reports.
Coach / guide team / direct reports with contract negotiations, particularly with pricing/profitability policies.
Establish account assignments and quotas which fairly allocate revenue potential.
Execute business management process (cadence) to ensure timely review and opportunity management.
Drive standardisation and harmonisation of tools and processes across the region.
REQUIREMENTS:
8+ experience managing strategic / enterprise accounts.
5+ sales team management experience.
Ability to influence team member activities (without direct reporting relationship).
Proven success at winning mega deal.
Executive level business experience and financial acumen.
Comprehensive management of strategic accounts.
Strong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics.
Proven experience managing large cross-functional teams.
Negotiation, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Experience in healthcare / diagnostics industry (preferred).
