Job Description

工作内容及要求：

岗位任务类：

负责招募/督导/培训所辖业务部营销代理人，完成所辖业务部的销售业绩指标和人力发展指标；

培育具有良好合规理念和职业道德的营销代理人团队，督导代理人诚信执业，对所辖业务部的合规执业负首要监督责任；

对所辖范围的内部控制有效性负责，监督、管理、协调所辖范围内工作，在确保符合法律法规、监管要求以及公司内部的规章制度的基础上，识别、评估、监控和报告相关风险，并负责传导公司所倡导的文化（包括风险管理文化、合规经营理念等）；

及时报告工作过程中所发现的违规事件或潜在风险，并提出纠正或改进建议；

协助审计部完成审计相关工作，并根据审计报告完成整改工作；

制订适用于所辖范围的工作流程和标准；

配合总公司各部门完成各类项目及工作；

完成上级安排的其他工作任务。

遵守监管机构制定的各项规章制度；

遵守公司制定的各项规章制度；

遵守公司或所在部门制定的业务操作流程；

行为操守符合国家法律、公司职业操守及道德规范守则和公司合规部的相关规定；

录用条件：

知识 / 技能 / 学历

大专及以上学历； 5年以上保险从业经验，其中从事管理类岗位的经验3年以上； 良好的时间管理能力； 能在压力下工作； 熟练操作计算机； 达到公司为此岗设置的工作内容要求以及考核指标； 达到岗位职责描述的要求。
