Analyst for Work & Rewards

The Work and Rewards research team leads various research programs, including Employee Experience, Work Strategy, Compensation Strategy, Digital Transformation, and Board Advisory (e.g., ESG advisory, Board Effectiveness, Fair Pay, and DEI). Our outputs include data, models, articles, and reports. Along with longer term research programs, we continue to identify projects with tangible outputs for our clients or consultants within shorter frame deliverables.

As an Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in research projects and initiatives listed on the RIC annual research agenda.

  • Assisting senior analysts in various research projects.

  • Supporting team in collecting and analyzing data to ensure results accuracy.

  • Contributing to optimizing work processes, consistently pursuing higher work quality and efficiency

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Human Resources, Sociology or other related fields is preferred.

  • Proficiency in statistical software such as STATA, SPSS, SAS, and R, as well as experience with MATLAB, VBA, or Python will be a plus.

  • Publication of papers, academic presentations, or research experience will be a plus.

  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills, both in English and Chinese.

  • Detail-orientated and team-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills.

  • Outstanding leadership abilities, creativity, and strong executive skills.

  • Willingness for long-term development and abilities to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines.
