Robert Half Reservation Manager in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina

Description We are a company in the hospitality industry and are currently seeking a Reservation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of reservation and booking procedures, optimizing revenue, and managing relationships with distribution partners. You will also be required to analyze reservation trends and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and lead the reservation team, focusing on aspects such as recruitment, training, performance management, and detail-oriented development.

• Handle all reservation-related inquiries and discrepancies, while ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to our policies.

• Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy levels, including pricing strategies, inventory management, and upselling initiatives.

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with online travel agencies and global distribution systems to optimize distribution channels and increase market share.

• Analyze booking patterns, reservation trends, and market demand to forecast occupancy levels and identify opportunities for revenue growth.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to check-out, and implement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Evaluate and implement reservation management systems and booking engines to streamline processes and improve guest booking experience.

• Generate reports on reservation performance, revenue metrics, and market trends, and provide insights for strategic planning and decision-making.

• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy in reservation records, guest profiles, and booking details. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is expected.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is crucial.

• Competence in using CRM tools is required.

• Understanding of DCAA regulations is necessary.

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential.

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions efficiently.

• Auditing skills are expected.

• Capacity to manage Billing Functions effectively.

• Experience with Budget Processes is necessary.

• Compliance with company policies and regulations is mandatory.
