JAG Healthcare Wooster is a smaller, 42-bed facility offering both traditional skilled nursing and long-term care as well as a cognitive deficit/behavioral resident care model. We are looking for staff members that are committed to exceptional patient care and continuous quality improvement! Applicants must be team-oriented, dependable and demonstrate professionalism in the workplace.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Medication and Treatment administration
• Charting Assisting with resident specific care planning
• Team leadership

Qualifications and Skills

• Registered Nurse RN License valid in the State of Ohio

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
