Position Summary

The Omni-channel team within Store Operations strives to always be on the forefront of industry-leading innovations across our CVS Pharmacies across the country in order to drive unparalleled service for our patients in our pharmacies. As a Senior Manager, you will be leading a team in the development and production of new innovations focused on unlocking Digital capabilities within our Pick Up experience. The Pick Up Experience in the pharmacy is a critical patient facing step to safely and accurately provide prescription information in parallel to meeting our patient's timing expectations. During Pick Up we need to ensure patient’s access to their local pharmacist, colleague efficiencies during pick up, offerings of eligible services, supporting FS attached and successfully completing applicable payment for the entire transaction. You will leverage consumer insights, colleague insights and analytics that will inform our multi-year roadmap of innovations. Most of the time you will work with cross-functional teams within the organization across the CVS Health enterprise to ideate on opportunities, iterate on solutions, share KPI results and strategically manage priorities. You will be required to manage multiple projects with various urgencies and be accountable for delivering quality results and be able to present these results to senior leadership in the company.   • 3+ years of related work experience with innovation, project management, and operations

  • 2+ years leadership experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Retail pharmacy setting or previous experience in agile product development

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications. Similar application suites (Open Office, Google Drive, etc.) are acceptable

  • Experience with Tableau creating dashboards for monitoring program KPIs and associated Executive level views

  • The ability to comprehend and assess complex processes and workflows to identify vulnerabilities or areas for improvement that impact the professional practice of our store-level pharmacy teams

  • The ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of constituents, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization.

  • Ability to think creatively and be a self-starter with limited guidance and coaching and to proactively develop and present potential solutions

EducationBachelor's Degree

Preferred: PharmD/Doctorate or MBA

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,200.00 - $190,700.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
