Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the Resin department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Material Handler - 2nd Shift
Location: Turtle Lake, WI
Pay Range: $18.70
What's the Job?
Prioritize workload of all associates to ensure efficient operations.
Coordinate training of Resin employees as needed to enhance team performance.
Delegate duties as instructed by the Supervisor, fostering a collaborative environment.
Supervise operations within the department, utilizing excellent interpersonal skills.
Communicate effectively with production and other support departments to ensure smooth workflow.
What's Needed?
Forklift Experience
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work well with others.
Professional and tactful communication skills are required.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Email, Google Sheets, and other applications.
Ability to work in hot environments and walk multiple miles in a work day.
