As our company continues to grow and evolve to meet the needs of more international students, we seek to hire an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and high-quality service delivery. The Operations Manager will manage and optimize administrative processes and student services, lead staff members, identify and implement operational improvements, and oversee budgeting and resource allocation. The Operations Manager will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and build and maintain stakeholder relationships. Additionally, the Operations Manager will monitor operational performance, collaborate with academic counselors to enhance programs, oversee the implementation of our student services, and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency. The hired individual will be responsible for the following duties: Manage and optimize daily operations, ensuring that services are effectively aligned with the needs of international students. Identify and implement operational improvements to streamline processes and enhance service quality. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement to ensure effective use of company resources and pricing of our offered services. Review detailed reports, including utilizing Microsoft Excel, on operational performance based on data analysis and to ensure strategic decision-making. Collaborate with academic counselors to develop and enhance our company s policies, goals, and procedures related to our educational programs and services, ensuring alignment with the company s mission. Direct our offered student services, including academic counseling, tutoring, and placement assistance, ensuring high levels of student satisfaction. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, particularly those related to international education and student support. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including students, parents, partners, and service providers. Lead, mentor, and train multiple teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment across diverse cultural backgrounds. Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in international business or a related field (Foreign educational degree equivalent acceptable). 2 years of work experience managing an educational company's services for international students to ensure the provided services are effectively aligned with students' needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
