Job Description
The Quality Assurance and Warranty Technician is responsible for developing and assuring trade partner execution of punch lists at trade partner work completion and project close-out. This role involves close collaboration with the Project Superintendent, Client, Architect, and trade partners to ensure work meets industry and client-specific quality standards and is completed within the scheduled timeframe.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Project Superintendent to develop non-MEP/HVAC trade work scope completion checklists.
Walk projects to develop the pre-client review punch list for non-MEP/HVAC trades.
Walk projects with Clients and Architects to develop the Client punch list.
Walk projects with Clients and Architects to secure sign-off on the final punch list.
Develop punch list completion schedules.
Coordinate and oversee trade partner completion of the person and Client-Architect punch list items.
Foster positive interactions with Clients, Architects, and trade partners throughout the punch list process.
Essential Skills
3-5 years of Quality Assurance and Quality Control experience.
Experience working on MBTA job preferred.
Experience working for a General Contractor is required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to develop and manage non-MEP/HVAC trade work scope completion checklists.
Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment
This role requires working on-site in Everett, MA at the MBTA job. The work environment involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met and maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
