Job Title: Production Workers
Job Description
We are seeking 4 immediate production workers for both day and night shifts. These individuals will be responsible for ensuring that the production lines are operational at all times. The facility now manufactures its own bottles, fills, wraps, groups, and packages them. Operators will work on any two of the four lines, thus they need to become proficient with each line.
Responsibilities
Ensure production lines are running smoothly.
Pull and place materials to load machines, and put away products once packaged and palletized.
Perform basic troubleshooting on machines before reaching out to the maintenance team.
Operate and sanitize machinery as needed.
Maintain detailed records and data entry for quality control.
Essential Skills
Experience in machine operation within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Mechanical aptitude for basic troubleshooting and repairs.
Detail-oriented with good data entry and handwritten record-keeping skills.
Ability to make good decisions to prioritize tasks correctly.
Experience working in a multitasked, fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Forklift experience is a plus.

Work Environment
The work environment is a fast-paced packaging manufacturing floor. The climate is controlled, preventing extreme temperatures. Some areas are cramped, requiring the ability to work in tight spaces. The machines can be up to 30 feet long and 10 feet tall, so candidates must be able to move around constantly, including walking up and down stairs and ladders throughout the day.
