Actalent Product Specialist in Winona, Minnesota

Job Title: Product SpecialistJob Description

Support customers and sales channels with product advice, selection, application, and set-up. Act as a liaison for engineering support on smaller customer projects and technical inquiries. Support new products during the development phase and build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers. Establish and cultivate a working knowledge of products and their applications. Prepare and present quotes, provide technical support post-sale, and maintain strong business relationships. Advise customers, distributors, and sales agents on product selection and application. Serve as a technical resource post-sale and assist with product investigations. Maintain relationships with established customers and support new business development. Train sales agents and distributors on product applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business opportunities and develop product growth strategies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or two-year degree and related experience, or equivalent experience
