Key Responsibilities:

\ Machine Setup and Operation:

Prepare and set up CNC Haas machines, load programs,\ and execute machining operations according to set-up documents and blueprints.

\ Precision Machining:

Read and interpret blueprints to determine hole placements,\ depths, and diameters, ensuring tight tolerances are met. Perform basic code editing\ and adjust speeds and fees as necessary to optimize machining processes.

\ Quality Assurance:

Conduct part inspections during and after machining, ensuring\ adherence to specifications. Perform cleaning and deburring of finished parts to\ maintain high quality standards.

\ Efficiency and Multitasking:

Run multiple machines when required, maximizing\ productivity while maintaining attention to detail. Maintain a clean and organized\ workspace to facilitate smooth operations.

\ Continuous Improvement:

Cross-train on various machines and processes to broaden\ skill set and contribute to overall team effectiveness.

Safety Compliance:

Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times and\ uphold safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

\ Team Collaboration:

Assist and support colleagues as needed, fostering a collaborative\ and positive work environment.

\ Additional Responsibilities:

\ Track estimated versus actual hours spent on jobs to optimize workflow and efficiency.\ Willingness to work overtime, when necessary, although overtime is not mandatory.\ Return all company tools to their designated locations after use to maintain\ organization and efficiency.
