TLD- America Warehouse Worker in Windsor, Connecticut

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the movement of materials, manufacturing and production parts from department to department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned) * Pull orders for production using pallet jacks, stand-up/sit-down forklifts. * The outbound of parts required by the production or by the spare parts service. * Perform inventory procedures according to cycle count instructions. * Returns to the inventory of the unused material. * Performs other tasks as assigned. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: * CIT: establish standards and procedures for continuous improvement and ISO certification. * Maintain the currency with respect to technical and supervisory skills by attending training classes, special technical and administration courses; seminars, exhibits and trade shows are needed. * Cross-train in other material control functions/departments. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
