Job Title: Construction Superintendent
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent to join our team in Winchester, VA. This role involves overseeing all phases of construction at the project site to ensure successful completion within the required budget, schedule, and quality standards. The position emphasizes adherence to safety rules and regulations, with a focus on commercial construction projects, particularly in healthcare and senior living facilities.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage a 3-week lookahead schedule on site.
Oversee and manage all subcontractors in the field on the project.
Handle RFIs, submittals, and all other documentation efficiently.
Conduct site visits and manage other Assistant Project Managers and personnel.
Essential Skills
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent working on commercial construction projects ranging from $15 million to $100 million.
Demonstrated healthcare experience, particularly in senior living facilities, medical projects, and other healthcare facilities.
5+ years of experience running jobs from conception to completion, including managing all subcontractors and site work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in senior living, commercial, and healthcare construction.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
