Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Technician in Wilmington, Ohio. As a key member of our team within the transport industry, your role will primarily involve providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware issues, and maintaining a structured, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating technical concepts clearly to individuals with varying levels of technical understanding.

• Utilizing industry best practices to recognize, analyze, and effectively solve problems in an organized and timely manner.

• Exhibiting the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop/notebook hardware, as well as iOS devices in a networked environment.

• Gaining proficiency in Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2013, and 2016, as well as Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013, and 2016.

• Acquiring some knowledge of TCP/IP networking, and related network services such as DNS, SMTP, DHCP, etc.

• Understanding Active Directory concepts and administration.

• Applying skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments.

• Maintaining a structured, process-driven work environment and demonstrating self-motivation. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development, with the ability to troubleshoot and fix issues in real time.

• Advanced knowledge of Cisco Technologies, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.

• Experience with Citrix Technologies, demonstrating the ability to manage and support user access.

• Familiarity with Mac Computers and their operating systems, along with the capability to resolve related technical issues.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Office Suite and other software.

• Expertise in Active Directory, with the ability to manage user accounts and handle password resets.

• Experience with Apple Devices, including troubleshooting, updates, and maintenance.

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware, with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues.

• Proficiency in Configuration Management, ensuring that system configurations are up to date and comply with the standards.

• Experience in Deployments, with the ability to manage, plan, and execute software and hardware deployments. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
