Production Supervisor
Overview:
Adecco is assisting a client in Wilmington, NC to find a dedicated Production Supervisor. In this role, you will be a key player in overseeing the operation of our production lines, ensuring product integrity and maintaining the highest quality standards.
Reports To: Production Manager or General Manager
Education: High school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and oversee the operation of one or more production lines.
Monitor production line activities during start-up and assign personnel to specific workstations.
Train new employees on safety procedures and job responsibilities.
Foster positive relationships with production staff to enhance team morale and collaboration.
Conduct spot checks on loads to verify proper loading practices.
Perform minor machine adjustments and maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
Ensure adherence to housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and safe production environment.
Complete production and inventory reports, as well as receiving reports for incoming supplies and materials.
Implement corrective actions on the production line when necessary and conduct risk analyses on processes.
Ensure proper maintenance of customer-owned property.
Maintain compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO-9001:2015 standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong mechanical, technical, and supervisory skills, gained through hands-on experience or relevant training.
Ability to effectively direct and train employees while overseeing their work activities.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
