Security Guard - Full Time

Pay Rate: $21.06 An Hour Starting Pay!

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm

Looking for credentialing administrator. Experience in badging and access control. Vanderbilt and C-Cure 9000 experience preferred. Financial institution client. 3-5 years experience preferred.

Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Analyst. The Security Analyst will collaborate with management and staff to perform a variety of duties in support of a high profile customer. The Security Analyst must be able to execute and manage a portfolio of projects varying in size and complexity on time and within budget through effective communication, preparation, and management. Projects include, but are not limited to, all aspects of physical security compliance and conformance, business assurance, and financial success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as business partner with operations management to provide financial insight required to influence regional financial decisions to improve top line and bottom-line growth

  • Provide client support with reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, payroll, billing, and supplier management in a fast-paced business environment

  • Must be able to budget and manage large P&Ls and financial/operating KPIs

  • Assist with all matters pertaining to financial operations for region locations including managing the location P&L, financial reporting and analysis, ad hoc projects, revenue - EBITDA forecasting with an emphasis on financial controls and process improvements to support the needs of the region

  • Prepare and coordinate periodic operating reviews, budgets, initiatives, formal and informal audits, nonbillable overtime initiatives, wage analysis, and expense controls

  • Provide assessment of opportunities and risks to client management based on analysis and interpretation of operational and financial statistics and metrics

  • Support the executive and management level security leaders to achieve local and region financial and human capital scorecard objectives

  • Support administrative operations including research, budget and performance analysis and other specialized functions

  • Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, and reports to improve service delivery overall

  • Attend external industry briefings to continuously monitor and evaluate the security program’s effectiveness, success and provide periodic reports to management

  • Perform a variety of research, administrative, analytical, and supplier management coordination duties to assist security operations management

  • Assist with budget development, invoices, purchase orders and expense

  • Assist with the maintenance of the regional Business Assurance Plan, Risk Registry, Security Book of Work (org chart, PO req, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • Must possess one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a

  • Associate’s degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a financial support, administrative support, or project management role

  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a financial support, administrative support, or project management role

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a financial support, administrative support, or project management role

  • Professional experience providing critical financial reporting and analysis

  • Demonstrated problem solving, confidence and decision-making ability to manage shifting priorities, demands and timeliness using analytical capabilities

  • Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills to effectively document and report important information with all levels of the organization.

  • Strong analytical, project management, presentation, and follow-through skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel Knowledge including Pivot Tables and power pivot, Report Writing and Query Tools and PowerPoint Skills

  • Dedication to high quality customer service delivery and integrity through proven client and customer relationships, both internal and external

  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment while also working in a team oriented, collaborative environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Familiarity with operational and project administrative duties, and CSO policies and procedures

  • A broad knowledge of all aspects of integrated security solutions, risk management, compliance and project security

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification in managing people processes and business priorities

  • Associate Protection Professional (APP), Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) Board Certified ASIS International Certification
