Insight Global IQMS Integrator in Wilmington, Delaware

Job Description

The IQMS Integrator will be responsible for supporting the integration and full implementation of IQMS, focusing on modules such as Bill of Materials (BOM), Production Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse Receiving, and other relevant modules. Responsibilities include:

Integration Planning

 Working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes.

 Developing a comprehensive integration plan outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

 Identifying integration points with existing systems and developing strategies for seamless data exchange.

Implementation:

 Configuring and customizing IQMS modules to align with DuPonts business processes.

 Conducting system testing to ensure functionality and compatibility with existing systems.

 Providing training and support to end-users on how to utilize IQMS effectively.

 Working with internal IT teams or third-party vendors for infrastructure setup and configuration as needed.

BOM Management:

 Configuring BOM structures based on product specifications and manufacturing processes.

 Implementing version control and change management processes for BOM updates.

 Ensuring accuracy and consistency of BOM data across the system.

Production Planning:

 Developing production schedules based on demand forecasts and resource availability.

 Optimizing production workflows to improve efficiency and minimize lead times.

 Monitoring production progress and address any issues or bottlenecks proactively.

Purchasing:

 Configuring purchasing workflows for requisition, approval, and procurement processes.

 Integrating with suppliers for automated ordering and receiving processes.

 Monitoring inventory levels and generating purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels.

Warehouse Receiving:

 Configuring warehouse receiving processes for efficient handling and storage of incoming materials.

 Implementing barcode scanning or RFID technologies for inventory tracking and management.

 Integrating with ERP systems for real-time inventory updates and accuracy.

Documentation and Reporting:

 Documenting system configurations, processes, and user guides for reference and training purposes.

 Developing custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production efficiency, inventory levels, and supplier performance.

Ongoing Support and Maintenance:

 Providing ongoing support to end-users for system troubleshooting and issue resolution.

 Performing regular system maintenance activities such as software updates and database optimizations.

 Continuously evaluating and recommending enhancements to improve system functionality and performance.
