As an HRBP at CSC you can expect to...

  • Serve as a trusted internal consultant to the business on all aspects related to Talent Management in a high-touch, matrixed corporate environment

  • Apply a high degree of initiative in a partnership with the business and HR team members

  • Analyze and present a wide variety of people data; partnering with leaders to take action and improve results

  • Address complex employee relations matters; performing root cause analysis, mitigating risk, and developing plans that support positive outcomes in line with company values. You'll be responsible for coaching, counseling, investigations, and possible separation discussions with leaders

  • Offer a fresh perspective, challenging the status quo, adding efficiencies and effectiveness, incorporating best practices, and driving change

  • Partner internally within the HR department to collaborate, evaluate, project-manage, and deliver results

  • Leverage organizational design and change management tools to drive initiatives in partnership with leaders and other HR team members

  • Provide guidance and coaching to develop existing and next-generation leaders; partner with leadership to unlock and unleash potential within their teams

  • Create, assess, and provide guidance around policies and procedures to support consistent, efficient and effective practices

  • Guide leaders through workforce planning and organizational design; providing insight, facilitation, data, recommendations and meaningful outcomes

  • Facilitate and/or provide various training to the workforce

  • Responsible for supporting job analysis and compensation evaluation

To be successful in this role you'll need...

  • Human Resources experience in an Employee Relations, Business Partner or HR Generalist role (required)

  • Ability to objectively coach employees and manage through complex, difficult, and emotional issues

  • Proven ability to influence others at varying levels

  • The ability to research and analyze various types of data

  • Appropriate skills to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgement that is consistent with our values, standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law

  • Ability to organize and prioritize work

  • Flexibility to occasionally work slightly non-traditional hours to support a global organization.
