Wilmington HQ, Springfield, Sacramento


We are currently looking to add a member to the LMS Call Center. In this role, you would be responsible for receiving and handling emails and phone calls involving questions and requests about the service of process documents. These questions and requests come from both external/internal customers, as well as from the sending parties that forward documents to CSC. This role would be a great fit for someone who enjoys research and assisting others.

Role and Responsibilities:

The expectation is upon completion of training you will be able to handle the requests received in a professional, accurate, and in a timely fashion. This includes request that come through phone calls, Sales Force, and email.
