Robert Half Contracts Administrator in Wilmington, Delaware

Description

A leading legal department in the financial industry has a great opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Contract Administrator who is looking to grow their legal career. This Contract Administrator position is suitable for self-starters who possess a true passion for the legal industry. This Contract Administrator job is a contract based role and based in Wilmington, Delaware.

Responsibilities

  • Entry of contract details into company database

  • Compromise with clients on terms of agreements

  • Look over contracts thoroughly to ensure completeness

  • Manage and organize contracts database

  • Put together contractual provisions and administering contract proposals

  • Head the entire life cycle of company contracts (from initial request to final signature and contract distribution)

  • Manage contract execution processes

  • Manage both internal and external requests for status of contracts

  • Promote and track the approval and execution process

  • Make reports from within the contracts database on an as-needed basis- Carry out company contract execution policy and procedures

    Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, contract management, and/or other relevant experience.

  • Must have 3-5 years of experience redlining corporate contracts and/or paralegal work.

  • Experience in negotiating complex and dynamic legal documents is required.

  • Must possess the ability to identify issues and work them to remediation, escalating when appropriate.

  • Must be able to understand and apply federal banking guidelines and regulations.

  • Must have experience working across a diverse set of stakeholders with positive results.

  • Must possess the ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of constituents.

  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Able to work onsite in Wilmington, DE (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
