Job description

We are Looking for a front desk Clinical receptionist with excellent •customer service skills and proficiency in learning electronic health records. (EHR} software. Previous treatment center experience prefetTed• büt not required,

This is a part-time, on-site clinical receptionist role in Willoughby, Ohio. You will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appöintmenfs, verifying insurance coverage, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will also perform general clerical duties, including answering phones, handling patient check-ins, and assisting with billing and invoicing.

Clinical Receptionist Detail:

  • Full -training and support provided
  • 12 ---'30 hours per week

Weekdäys *Flexible

  • Six or8 hour shift

Location: on-site Compensation:

Part-Time ---      Contracted

$12 - $15 p.er hour (depending on experience)

Essential Duties

              Greets clients, vendors, and•visitqrs in a professional manner.

Handles queries and concerns via phone and email. And general correspondence and routes to appropriate personnel.

Assisting clients with completing necessary forms and documentation.

Answers and screens for incoming telephone calls take accuracy and thoroughness. Ough, messages. Checks clients in and out of scheduled appointments, including scheduling any return or follow-up •appointments as needed and scheduling any referrals.

                 Verify and update demographic, billiög, and three- patty coverage information as needed.

  • Collect> client paperwork as needed.

Cans -to remind clients of appointments.

  • Initiates procedures to locate missing information before the client's visit.

Scans documents from clients/providers and files them in appropriate folders/charts.

                Promptly triages emergency telephone calls based on office protocol.

  • Collects office visit fees and prior balances.

May assist with billing and direct clients to appropriate billing personnel. Keep front and back areas tidy and orderly and use discretion while working with sensitive information.

               I am keeping. a clean and cälm réceptiori area.

               Fåxing, scanning, filing, and mailing documentation.

  • Comforting distressed clients --- this may range from simply fixing. Any appointment issues that may arise, through to •being the voice of comfort during times • of extreme stress and emergency.

                    Other duties as directed by the CEO
