We are presently seeking an experienced Full-Time ASIC Logic Design Engineer to help accelerate the pace of innovation with our customers. Location: Remote, working with VT, NC, or AZ teams

Position Type: Full-Time

Expected Base Pay Scale (USD): \$100,000 - \$165,000 annual base salary. The successful candidates base pay depends on job-related skills, qualifications, experience, geographic location, and market conditions. The expected base pay scale may be adjusted based on market conditions.

As an ASIC Logic Design Engineer, you will be part of a customer logic design team. Primary responsibilities include generating architecture and micro-architecture specifications as well as RTL design; Conduct design reviews, unit/IP/chip level simulation, synthesis, Timing closure, Tape-out, and post-Si debug, etc.

Minimum qualifications include 5+ years of experience as a logic designer and a BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (with all the relevant coursework on digital/microprocessor design, computer architecture, VLSI design, software/programming courses).

  • Familiarity with VHDL and Verilog/SystemVerilog RTL coding, logic design
  • Familiarity with a range of internal and 3rd-party logic design tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • This job position will or is likely to involve compliance with ITAR Regulations so all employees working in this capacity must be eligible under ITAR citizenship requirements, and accordingly applicants must be U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with System-On-Chip (SOC) designs (i.e. ARM)
  • Experience with 1Gb Ethernet designs
  • Experience in Digital Signal Processing, and/or FGPA development
