Job Description
Aerotek is hiring on behalf of a family-owned business based in Danville, Pennsylvania, specializing in water well drilling and pump services for commercial and industrial needs. Their services include water well drilling, pump installation and repair, water testing, treatment, and even geothermal drilling.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop skills in well drilling, pump systems, and water solutions.
As an apprentice, you'll assist in drilling operations while gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of the trade.
Responsibilities
Assist with well drilling operations, including operating equipment and tools
Help with the installation and maintenance of pump systems
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations
Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues
Maintain a clean and organized worksite
Essential Skills
General labor
Hand tool usage
Heavy equipment operation
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Experience working in a heavy labor job
Mechanical troubleshooting
Field construction
Willingness to learn the trade
Ability to follow instructions

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr.
