IQVIA Resourcing Manager in Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Responsibilities:
Support the development, planning, and execution of processes and procedures to support Operations Team of Consulting Group day to day operations.
Develop scheduling and capacity reporting on resource-level forecasts, project financial performance, and ad-hoc requests based on business needs.
Update operation system information, e.g., Salesforce CRM, PSA, etc.
Manage and implement new resource-related systems and processes.
Support labour resource management function for the Consulting Group.
Maintain relationships with internal resources and leadership to ensure smooth planning and execution.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of operation / sales support experience required
• Working knowledge with SalesForce systems is a plus
• Good basic Microsoft applications skill (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong focus on process and detail; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
