Customer Service Representative
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for one of our top Insurance client in Whiteshouse Station, NJ. This role requires excellent English-speaking and customer service skills when speaking high-net worth accounts. This is not a sales-position.
This is a full-time, contract-only (6-months) opportunity starting at $16-17.50/hour. The hours are 1st shift, Monday-Friday.
Additional Job Responsibilities Include:
The main function of a customer service representative is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Responsible for determining the clients issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed.
Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.
Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be fluent in English language
One to two years’ experience in call center customer service environment
Ability to apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
