ABM Industries Office Operations Supervisor in Whitehall, Michigan
Position Summary Supports day-to-day operations as well as management. Work environment includes duties in the office setting as well as in the field (Manufacturing Plants).
1st shift 7am to 3:00pm - Monday - Friday

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
• Payroll
• PTO Tracking
Assists with billing
• Recruiting/Interviewing
• Orientations
• Inspections of plants
• Helps enforce the Safety Program
• Filing
• Works with Microsoft office applications
• Cleaning
• Fill in where needed with operations Minimum Qualifications
1 to 3 years experience preferred
HS diploma/GED
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Experience with customer service
• Excellent communication skills – phone, text, email, face-to-face, etc.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Excellent relationship-building skills as well as organizational skills
• Experience using Microsoft office applications
• Time management skills Work Environment Office and Manufacturing Facilities
Drivers licensed required
