Details about this opportunity:

  • Full Time Services Coordinator

  • Mon-Friday, 8a-4p (3 days/week) 10a-6p (2 days/week)

  • Full Time Compensation $20-$24/hour depending on experience

  • White Plains, NY

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and assist with all aspects of Preschool services

  • Various office tasks, such as: greeting parents, assisting therapists, and more

  • Communicate with Westchester County, School Districts and Parents while projecting a positive and pleasant image of the organization.

  • Data entry and excellent attention to detail

    About You:

If you have these attributes:

  • Knowledge of Westchester’s Preschool Special Education Program

  • Experience with NYEIS, CPSE Portal and/or CLAIMS preferred

  • Understanding of NYSED’s Medicaid in Education

  • Sterling values, high integrity

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Exposure to the practice of maintaining a high level of confidentiality

  • Excellent time management/organizational skills

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times demanding environment

And this background:

  • Experience using the CLAIMS system.

  • Background in CPSE.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent – Associates preferred.

  • Prior experience as an administrator.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-starter is a must!

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
