Actalent Project Manager in White Marsh, Maryland
Description:
This firm is a construction contractor who has active contracts with a tier 1 utility to perform gas and electrical distribution-based projects. They are looking to add 4 more crews in the field due to workload this year and schedules beyond. In order to help oversee crews/ new projects they are looking to add a project manager to work out of their White Marsh office/ the field. The candidate will be asked to run Utility projects from start to finish. They could be asked to do the following tasks:
-Reporting for projects
-Visit construction sites
-Coordinate with subs/ vendors
-Present to client
-Attend client meetings as well as internal
-Upload data/ updates into project management software
-Responsible for project on time and under budget/ change orders when needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills- report true efficient updates on project status
Computer software- upload reports and presentations when needed (they better they are the more they may be asked to do)

Experience Level:
Intermediate Level
