The Position
The Vermont Country Store is currently seeking aHousekeeperto maintain the neat, clean, safe, and orderly appearance of the Weston Store on a scheduled basis. This position could beFull Time or Part Time.
Where We Are
Our Weston store is located at 657 Main Street, Weston, VT. This job is performed entirely on site.
A Sampling of What Youll Do
- Clean the store by sweeping, dusting, vacuuming and polishing
- Pick up trash from the registers, restrooms, offices and common areas
- Clean and sanitize the restrooms, including restocking supplies
- Help manage our cleaning supply inventory
Who Were Looking For
- Flexibility with schedule including weekends and holiday hours on occasion
- No previous housekeeping experience is required, we will provide training
- Must be organized, detail orientated, and possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with good communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally push or pull 150 pounds
