Are you the ready to join a great team at Kenworth Mid Atlantic of Westminster? We are searching for a Parts Counter rep to assist our heavy duty customers. If you are detail oriented, customer focused and ready to learn, we want to talk to you! This role is responsible for the coordination and sales of parts to all internal and external customers. Heavy duty experience is a plus! This is a full time position offering excellent benefits.

Assisting customers in selecting required parts
Up-selling specials as well as informing customers of companion part requirements
Providing price quotes, receiving payments, and obtaining credit authorizations
Following up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities.
Coordinate any procurement of necessary parts in conjunction with the assistant parts manager
All other duties as assigned
