Bright Horizons Sr. Provider Accounts Payable Specialist in Westminster, Colorado
We're hiring a Senior Provider AP Specialist !
The Senior Provider AP Specialist assists the Provider Accounts Payable team by providing leadership, technical support for identifying and resolving system issues, invoice processing and other duties as assigned.
What you will be doing in this role:
Process invoices received from Extended Network Providers who provide care scheduled through the Back-Up Care program
Work cooperatively with numerous department personnel on researching and resolving payable issues
Manage incoming invoices by date stamping and prioritizing workflow management to meet contractual Net Payment terms
Respond with resolutions to any Provider Billing inquiries
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of department specific training material
Manual PO Creation
Responsible for UK invoices and contact with the UK team
Assist AP Team Lead with projects or additional job responsibilities
This position needs to be able to use own judgment when making financial decisions that may impact the company’s financial success. Also act as department leader when Provider AP Manager or Team Lead is absent.

High school diploma required , AA degree preferred
2-5 years of customer service experience
Previous supervisory experience preferred
1 year of accounting/billing experience required
The compensation for this role is $20.19/hr.
Compensation Range: $20.19
