Description

As the HR Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within the organization. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices to support the company's mission, goals, and employees' well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives to foster a positive work environment and drive business success.

  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, oversee the hiring process, and develop retention strategies to ensure employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance, mediation, and conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious work environment.

  • Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans, to enhance employee productivity and engagement.

  • Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to develop employees' skills and capabilities, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, equity, and compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.

  • HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations while promoting fairness and equity across the organization.

  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics to gather and analyze data on key HR metrics, providing insights to inform decision-making and drive organizational effectiveness.

  • Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, providing guidance and support to employees and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions and achieve desired outcomes.

  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees at all levels.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience as an HR leader, with a minimum of 8-10 years in progressively responsible HR roles.

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a focus on strategic HR management.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving organizational change and achieving results.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, HR analytics, and other relevant HR technologies.

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.

  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
