Job Description:

This job is responsible for specializing in supporting loan retention, modifications, balloon maturities and payoffs for the Practice Solutions portfolio. The Portfolio Business Development Officer (PBDO) is responsible for client retention while having full discovery conversations to surround the client with the full product suite and resources of the bank to solve their business needs. The PBDO also fulfills credit opportunities, by collecting financials for submission to underwriting and assists through loan closing. PBDOs are measured on the ability to retain clients, and facilitate other servicing and business product needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Works with underwriting and internal partners to fulfill portfolio retenion and new money credit request for Practice Solutions clients

  • Manage client payoff

  • Manage post-modification process request

  • Identifies banking product opportunities based on client's business needs
