A good candidate will enjoy working in a health club environment, be sales driven, have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others. Some evenings and weekends are required. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Becoming the greatest ambassador & promoter of Anytime Fitness; our brand, our clubs, our services * Greeting, welcoming and encouraging all members * Answering phones in a courteous, helpful and professional manner * Making phone calls to prospects and members about memberships, billing, promotions, etc. * Setting up and selling new memberships * Promote and selling personal training * Conducting guest tours * Assisting with club’s daily maintenance & cleaning tasks * Keeping the gym spotless and organized * Participate in marketing events * Any and all customer service Benefits include: * Hourly base plus commission/incentives * Flexible schedule * Free gym membership * Ongoing training and coaching * development opportunities Qualifications * Desired candidates will have some experience in the fitness industry or sales and are able to work in a cooperative, interactive gym setting. * A flexible work schedule is preferred with availability to work evenings and weekends.
